(1998, Set 12) The first page has a lot of sketchy stuff on it, but I really like the drawing of Middle-Aged Man in his first "adventure". Number two is a somewhat weak full-pager without any kind of story behind it. Last up is (3) another character interaction test accompanied by several so-so character doodles.

(1998, Set 11) I started off with a really messy page here, but it's got (1) a few fun costume ideas for a superhero a friend of mine made up -- The Blue Banshee. The second page doesn't really have any stand-out pics in it, but number three is pretty fun -- it's got some personal renditions of Battle Chaser characters. I don't really follow the series, but I love Joe Mad's work on it. I've linked to a couple Madureira fan pages (a) here and (b) here. Let me know when the links don't work anymore.

(1998, Set 10) Here's a fun combo -- (1) my own 23 year old kid drawings and the most disgusting thing I've ever drawn. (I realize there's much worse out there, but I feel dirty enough already.) The next drawing was actually (2) done for work, but I won't disclose the client so I can keep my pretty little butt in the clear. Last up is just (3) another so-so doodle page.

(1998, Set 09) This picture set begins with (1) a good doodle page. I like the sketch of the guy I've put in the thumbnail. I not fond of pages two and three, but some friends like the bull-guy in pic number two.
